SCR 12    (SJ p 498) Expressing support for the continuation of the Perkins Loan Program and urging Congress to take immediate action to permanently reauthorize the program, in its entirety and in its original form.
HCR 1008    (HJ p 499) Urging Congress to develop a funding formula for the United States Department of Health and Human Services and the Indian Health Service that accurately reflects the true needs of various Indian Health Service regions.

SB 134*    prohibit the expenditure of certain public school resources for political purposes and to provide a penalty therefor.
SB 104*    protect certain easement holders and rural customers from shutoffs by certain energy companies.
SB 94*    repeal and revise certain provisions relating to the requirements for a permit to carry a concealed pistol.
SB 141*    revise certain provisions relating to child support.
SB 139*     (JR 5-17 with pending amendment SJ p 457) provide for the permitting of waterfowl outfitters, and to dedicate fees and surcharges paid by waterfowl outfitters for use on certain game production areas.
SB 176*    accommodate legislation relating to the protection of the public safety.
    Authorize the creation of public safety zones, to authorize certain actions to be implemented by the Governor, to provide certain penalties, and to declare an emergency.

HB 1045*     (Deferred from 26th LD) revise certain provisions regarding credit for reinsurance.
