CONSIDERATION OF REPORTS OF COMMITTEES
Amended HJ 9th LD: HB 1005
SECOND READING OF CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS
HB 1071 increase the benefits that the Insurance Guarantee Association may become obligated
to cover for annuities.
HB 1097 revise certain provisions regulating the investment of unneeded state operating
expenses in banks.
SB 12 codify the legislation enacted in 2011.
SECOND READING OF HOUSE BILLS AND JOINT RESOLUTIONS
HB 1046* (Deferred from 8th LD) revise certain provisions regarding child custody during a
soldier's deployment.
HB 1009 (Removed from Consent Calendar) repeal certain provisions relating to licenses
issued by the Board of Pharmacy.
HB 1055 allow for joint physical custody orders after a court awards joint legal custody if in
the best interest of the child.
HB 1065 repeal the requirement that the Unified Judicial System set forth a schedule for all
fees paid directly to court reporters in its annual consolidated budget.
HB 1095 revise the procedure for the discharge of civil judgments against a person who has
received a discharge of debt pursuant to the United States Code, Title 11.
HB 1096 specify the venue for certain appeals involving home-rule municipalities.
HB 1112 prohibit any person who fails to file certain campaign finance documents to be a
candidate for office
HB 1079 revise certain publication date citations for references to the International Building
Code.
HB 1119 revise certain provisions concerning mechanical pull-tab devices.

HC 1007 (HJ 208) Commending and honoring James Swan, United Urban Warrior Society.
HC 1008 (HJ 209) Commemorating the Madison Dairy Queen for its entrepreneurial spirit,
hard work, and dedication to helping children.
