HB 1171* (Deferred from 12th LD) establish a board to regulate certain emerging
complementary health professionals with no current state regulatory board.
HB 1035* (Removed from Consent Calendar) allow the disclosure of the status of certain
insurance investigations and examinations.
HB 1120 (Deferred from 13th LD) revise certain provisions regarding the filing of claims
against public improvement contracts.
HB 1091* revise the issuance of temporary nonresident waterfowl licenses.
HB 1183* limit copayment or coinsurance amounts for physical therapy services.
Limit copayment or coinsurance amounts for physical and occupational therapy
services.
HB 1190* require Legislative approval before a health insurance exchange is created or
implemented.
HB 1029* authorize the publication of the names of certain delinquent taxpayers.
HB 1116* exempt bedding used for agricultural purposes from sales and use taxes.

system.

carrier safety and transportation of hazardous materials.
