HB 1138* declare that any person who maintains or provides roll-your-own cigarette machines
at retail establishments are cigarette manufacturers.
HB 1213* revise certain provisions regarding liability for torts and product identification
requirements.
HB 1227* revise certain provisions with regard to the rights of industrial and construction
equipment dealers.
HB 1254* revise certain provisions pertaining to the decision of a pregnant mother considering
termination of her relationship with her child by an abortion, to establish certain
procedures to insure that such decisions are voluntary, uncoerced, and informed, and
to revise certain causes of action for professional negligence relating to performance
of an abortion.
HB 1107 revise certain provisions concerning the bonding authority of the South Dakota
Conservancy District.
HB 1188 provide widows and widowers of certain veterans free or reduced fees for certain
hunting and fishing licenses and admission to state parks and other facilities.
HB 1198 revise the definition of firearm to include certain muzzle-loading and black powder
weapons.
HB 1156 revise procedures and requirements relating to special assessments and the financing
of local improvements.

HB 1122 revise certain provisions relating to the vacation, change, or location of highways.
HB 1230 modify the publication requirements regarding the application for a well driller
license or a well pump installer license.
HB 1247 revise certain provisions regarding the voting rights of persons convicted of a felony
or serving time in the state penitentiary.
LEGISLATIVE COMMEMORATIONS
HC 1014 (HJ 398) Commending and honoring Dennis Povondra, business manager at Bon
Homme 4-2 School District, on his retirement after thirty-six years of exceptional
service.
HC 1015 (HJ 399) Celebrating and honoring Tabor's Annual Czech Days Festivities on the
occasion of its sixty-fourth anniversary on June 14, 15, 16, 2012.
HC 1016 (HJ 400) Commending and honoring Avon Elementary School as a National Blue
Ribbon school for outstanding academic achievement.
HC 1017 (HJ 400) Honoring and commending the twenty-fifth annual Menno Pioneer Power
Show.
