SB 29    authorize the establishment of a designated Roth contribution program within the state deferred compensation plan.
SB 30*    allow for the development of an alternative benefit enhancement methodology within the South Dakota Retirement System.
SB 83*    revise certain provisions relating to water development districts.
SB 67    provide provisions that all documents filed with and maintained by the Office of the Secretary of State may be filed electronically.
SB 137    revise certain provisions concerning the application for absentee voting.



SECOND READING OF SENATE BILLS AND JOINT RESOLUTIONS

SB 99*    (Deferred from 22nd LD) provide for a temporary suspension of certain licenses relating to alcoholic beverages under emergency conditions.
    Prohibit certain licensees or employees of a licensed establishment who have been charged with certain felony offenses from entering the licensed premises and to provide a penalty therefor.
SB 8    (Deferred from 23rd LD) revise certain provisions related to the calculation of state aid to special education.
SB 127*    (Deferred from 23rd LD) revise certain provisions regarding educational data reporting.
SB 62*    (Deferred from 23rd LD) allow certain alcoholic beverage licensees to charge a corkage fee for serving wine supplied by customers and to allow customers to remove a partially consumed bottle of wine from certain alcoholic beverage licensees.
SB 93    (Deferred from 23rd LD) provide for the withdrawal of referred measures in certain circumstances.
SB 65*    (Deferred from 23rd LD) revise the list of products offered to consumers by motor vehicle dealers and sales finance companies.
SB 87    (Deferred from 23rd LD) allow military spouses to receive unemployment compensation if they leave their jobs due to a spouse's military transfer.
SB 13    (Deferred from 23rd LD) revise certain provisions pertaining to reunification and termination of parental rights.
SB 42*    revise certain provisions regarding habeas corpus and to declare an emergency.
SB 31    revise certain provisions relating to the South Dakota Retirement System, the South Dakota deferred compensation plan, and the South Dakota special pay retirement program.
SB 20*    allow returns and return information to be disclosed to officers, employees, and legal representatives of the Office of the Attorney General and other state agencies and departments.
SB 73    repeal the provisions regarding the assessment of real property located in a floodplain.
SB 100*    modify the ethanol production incentive payment to include qualified producers of biobutanol.
SB 111*    provide a deduction of certain mining permit fees for taxes paid on the mining of precious metals.
    Revise the mining permit fees.
SB 81*    provide for a special license plate for certain persons on active duty in the military.
SB 113*    provide for special motor vehicle license plates for recipients of the silver star medal, distinguished service cross, navy cross, air force cross, distinguished flying cross, bronze star medal with valor device, or the bronze star medal.
SB 116*    revise certain provisions relating to the township road system.



SB 58*    revise certain provisions concerning elections conducted at voting centers and to declare an emergency.
SB 66    permit the filing of certain documents with the secretary of state by electronic means and to remove the notary requirements.
SB 25*    provide for the creation of a new state accountability system and a new financial accountability rating system for public elementary and secondary schools.

SC 11    (SJ 458) Recognizing the Rosebud Sioux Tribe Office of Legislative Affairs for its assistance to the State Legislature in carrying out the 2011 legislative redistricting process.
