        HB 1185     prohibit all qualified health plans offered through a health care exchange or other health plans offered in the state from including abortion coverage, except by optional and separate supplemental coverage.
            Representatives Hansen (Jon), Deelstra, Gosch, Haggar, Hickey, Hunt, Nelson (Stace), Olson (Betty), Rausch, Tornow, and Wick and Senator Brown.

        HB 1219     revise certain provisions relating to the process of collecting DNA upon arrest for a qualifying offense.
            Representatives Hickey, Abdallah, Bolin, Boomgarden, Elliott, Fargen, Feickert, Gibson, Hansen (Jon), Hubbel, Hunhoff (Bernie), Kirkeby, Kopp, Lucas, Moser, Nelson (Stace), Perry, Schaefer, Sigdestad, Street, Stricherz, Turbiville, and Willadsen and Senators Peters, Adelstein, Buhl, Cutler, Frerichs, Juhnke, Nelson (Tom), Sutton, and Tieszen.

        HB 1249     permit a probationer who is a registered sex offender to reside in an assigned halfway house or supervised living center within a community safety zone and to prohibit sex offenders who committed sexual offenses against children to qualify for certain residency exceptions.
            Representatives Nelson (Stace), Hubbel, Kirschman, Kloucek, Kopp, Russell, Schrempp, Tornow, Verchio, and Wick and Senators Holien, Kraus, Maher, Novstrup (Al), and Rhoden.

        HB 1248     provide for exceptions from certain misdemeanor offenses relating to possession of handguns.
            Representatives Olson (Betty), Gosch, Hubbel, Kirkeby, Kopp, Nelson (Stace), Russell, Tornow, and Verchio and Senators Rhoden and Maher.
        
Any of the above Legislative Bills NOT heard on Thursday, February 9, 2012, will be heard on Friday, February 10, 2012, at the 10:00 AM meeting.
