PRESENTATION: MIDWESTERN HIGHER EDUCATION COMPACT

        SB 106     require the disclosure of certain public employee contracts.
            Senators Novstrup (Al), Brown, and Heineman and Representatives Moser, Wick, and Willadsen

        SB 130     require the school board of each school district to adopt a policy prohibiting bullying.
            Senators Lederman, Adelstein, Gray, Schlekeway, and Sutton and Representative Sly

        SB 165     revise certain provisions related to the distribution of funds to sparse school districts.
            Senators Juhnke, Bradford, Brown, Maher, and Rhoden and Representatives Brunner, Cronin, Schaefer, Vanneman, and Wink
