        SB 191     provide for authorization to offer postsecondary education services in South Dakota.
            The Committee on Education at the request of the Office of the Governor

        SB 44     encourage school districts to adopt a bullying policy and to establish a model bullying policy.
            The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Office of the Attorney General

        SB 186     update the definition of the nonsectarian textbooks that are loaned to certain students to include digital, electronic, and internet-based materials.
            Senators Heineman, Johnston, Kraus, Maher, Novstrup (Al), Rhoden, and Schlekeway and Representatives Gosch, Bolin, Brunner, Hansen (Jon), Jensen, Liss, Rausch, Sly, and Wick

        SB 98     provide for a pilot program initiating two mathematics and science academies and to make an appropriation therefor.

        SB 130     require the school board of each school district to adopt a policy prohibiting bullying.
