BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
    Section 1. That § 2-9-25 be repealed.
    Section 2. That § 2-9-26 be repealed.
    Section 3. That § 2-9-27 be repealed.
    Section 4. That § 2-9-28 be repealed.
    Section 5. That § 2-9-29 be repealed.
