SB 61* allow licensed insurance agents to act as consultants in certain circumstances.
SB 67* revise the requirements for health maintenance organizations.
SB 88 authorize the county to deny bids on county sales of tax deed properties if the bidder
is not current on property taxes due.
HB 1022 repeal certain outdated programs relating to the Department of Human Services.

SB 56 (Deferred from 10
th LD) define a credit card bank and to revise certain provisions
regarding the distribution of the bank franchise tax.
SB 55* (Deferred from 10
th LD) make certain form and style changes regarding the bank
franchise tax.
SB 23* (Deferred from 10
th LD) revise certain provisions pertaining to the Certification
Board for Alcohol and Drug Professionals and to increase certain fees.
SB 69* (Deferred from 10th LD) revise certain provisions of the health professionals
diversion program.
SB 72* (Deferred from 10th LD) revise certain provisions concerning inspections of food
service establishments by the Department of Health.
SB 70* improve public safety.
SB 86 increase the minimum salary payable to county officials, state's attorneys, and
sheriffs.
SB 45 permit certain persons to renew an operator's license, a motorcycle operator's
license, or nondriver identification card without appearing in person at a driver
license exam site.
SB 48 authorize the Transportation Commission to establish rules governing the
allowance, placement, and maintenance of newspaper vending machines at
interstate rest areas.
SB 68 revise the controlled substance schedule and to declare an emergency.

HB 1036 (Deferred from 10th LD) prohibit retention of certain administration costs for
untimely 911 surcharge remittances.
HB 1040 authorize the Department of Revenue to provide lists of licensed boat dealers.
HB 1044 revise certain provisions regarding the practice of optometry.
