HB 1012*    revise certain provisions regarding the students eligible for resident tuition benefits at universities controlled by the Board of Regents.
HB 1064    provide for certain methods of disbursement for school district flexible spending accounts.
HB 1051    revise certain provisions related to the director's orders to hazardous insurers.
HB 1054    repeal certain rule-making authority for the director of insurance.

SB 56    (Deferred from 13^th LD) define a credit card bank and to revise certain provisions regarding the distribution of the bank franchise tax.

SB 239    repeal the state's membership in the multistate tax commission.
SB 159    revise the state aid to general education formula by including an adjustment for students with limited English proficiency.
SB 174    provide that an out-of-country foreign judgment need not be recognized if the cause of action resulted in a defamation judgment obtained in a jurisdiction outside the United States, unless a court in this state first determines that the defamation law applied in the foreign court's adjudication provided at least as much protection for freedom of speech and press as would be provided in this state by enacting the free speech defense Act.
