SB 185    (Deferred from 20th D) clarify the authority of the interim rules review committee.
SB 132    (Deferred from 20th LD) grant limited immunity from arrest and prosecution for certain alcohol consumption related offenses to persons who assist certain persons in need of emergency assistance or who are themselves in need of emergency assistance.
SB 153*    (Deferred from 20th LD) clarify, remove inconsistencies from, and revise certain provisions relating to the formation and operation of watershed districts.
SJR 2*    (Deferred from 20th LD) Proposing and submitting to the electors at the next general election amendments to Article XI of the Constitution of the State of South Dakota, relating to the vote required to increase taxes.

SB 189    make appropriations from the water and environment fund, the water pollution control revolving fund subfund, and the drinking water revolving fund subfund for various water and environmental purposes and to declare an emergency.
SB 111    amend provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code relating to electronic funds transfers and to declare an emergency.

HB 1011    (Deferred from 20th LD) authorize the Board of Hearing Aid Dispensers and Audiologists to establish a thirty day trial period for the sale of hearing aids.
HB 1071    revise the contents of the application for the discharge of a civil judgment debt discharged in bankruptcy.
HB 1072    repeal certain provisions providing a criminal penalty for a political party to endorse or nominate a judicial candidate.
HB 1073*    establish a procedure for the determination of the competency of a juvenile to proceed in a juvenile court matter.

HC 1016    (HJ 20th LD) Honoring George Zahn and his wife for their many years of public service to the municipality of Worthing.
