SCR 5    (SJ 29th LD) Commending the Jobs for America's Graduates (JAG) pilot program at Wagner Community School, and honoring Sage Zephier for delivering the student address for the JAG National Leadership Awards Luncheon in Washington.
SCR 6    (SJ 29th LD) Requesting the Congress of the United States to enact legislation that would reinstate the separation of commercial and investment banking functions that were in effect under the Glass-Steagall Act (Banking Act of 1933).
HCR 1007    (HJ 29th LD) endorsing Taiwan's participation as an observer in the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), and the twenty-ninth anniversary of sister state relations with the Province of Taiwan in the Republic of China (Taiwan).

HB 1116    revise the terms and expiration dates of appointees to certain boards and commissions.
HB 1174*    revise certain provisions pertaining to snowmobile operation.

HB 1163*    (Deferred from 29th LD) revise certain provisions related to the filing of the certificate of limited partnerships.
HB 1030*    (Deferred from 29th LD) authorize the South Dakota Building Authority to finance the construction of improvements in the state park system for the Department of Game, Fish and Parks and to declare an emergency.
HB 1239*    (Deferred from 29th LD) authorize school districts to use certain tax levies for pension and health insurance purposes.
HB 1164*    (Deferred from 29th LD) establish a classroom innovation grant program and to make an appropriation therefor.
HB 1033    (Deferred from 29th LD) authorize the Department of Social Services to dismantle, demolish, preserve, or rehabilitate buildings on the Human Services Center campus in Yankton, South Dakota, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency.
HB 1162*    (Removed from Consent Calendar) provide for special organ donation decals for license plates.
HB 1068    (Removed from Consent Calendar) repeal certain provisions relating to the deferral of action by municipalities on committee reports.
HB 1013    authorize the Board of Regents to construct multi-use storage facilities at South Dakota State University and to make an appropriation therefor.
HB 1014*    authorize the Board of Regents to purchase a structure for use by South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and to make an appropriation therefor.
HB 1015    authorize the Board of Regents to contract for the construction of an addition, remodeling, and renovation of Medary Commons on the campus of South Dakota State University and to make an appropriation therefor.
HB 1016    revise the location of the cow-calf research and education unit authorized in chapter 107 of the 2012 Session Laws.
HB 1049*    (Amended HJ 273) transfer the value added agriculture subfund from the Governor's Office of Economic Development to the Department of Agriculture.
HB 1112    clarify the application of certain open meetings provisions to certain three-member public boards.
HB 1217*    revise and expand certain provisions related to organ and tissue donation.
