SB 1*    (Consideration of House Amendment HJ 476) revise the provisions regarding plugging and performance bonds for oil and gas wells and to repeal the supplemental restoration bond requirement.
SB 5*    (Consideration of House Amendment HJ 449, 547) establish the public purpose and goals of postsecondary education, to provide for the funding of postsecondary education, and to create the Council on Higher Education Policy Goals, Performance, and Accountability.

SB 120*    (Consideration of House Amendment HJ 555) ) revise provisions related to consent to sexual activity.
SB 71*    (Consideration of House Amendment HJ 497, 498) correct the name of a postsecondary institution authorized to provide educational programs in South Dakota, and to revise the requirements for an institution seeking such authorization.

HB 1120    allow regional intergovernmental cooperation for sewer utilities and to provide for the establishment of rates and charges.
HB 1122    revise certain requirements relating to health insurance plans for county officers and employees.
HB 1056*    revise various trust and trust company provisions.
HB 1170*    repeal the requirement for a secondary election if the candidates for the United States Senate, United States House of Representatives, or Governor do not receive a sufficient percentage of the votes cast during a primary election.

HB 1209*    prohibit certain persons who fail to pay certain campaign finance related penalties from running for office.

HB 1030*    (Deferred from 31st LD) authorize the South Dakota Building Authority to finance the construction of improvements in the state park system for the Department of Game, Fish and Parks and to declare an emergency.
HB 1239*    (Deferred from 31st LD) authorize school districts to use certain tax levies for pension and health insurance purposes.
HB 1164*    (Deferred from 31st LD) establish a classroom innovation grant program and to make an appropriation therefor.
HB 1033    (Deferred from 31st LD) authorize the Department of Social Services to dismantle, demolish, preserve, or rehabilitate buildings on the Human Services Center campus in Yankton, South Dakota, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency.
HB 1068    (Deferred from 31st LD) repeal certain provisions relating to the deferral of action by municipalities on committee reports.

HB 1108*    (Deferred from 31stLD) expand the application of certain open meetings provisions to certain committees of public boards.
HB 1194*    (Removed from Consent Calendar) revise the period during which fireworks may be discharged.


HB 1234*    provide a limited exception to the provisions that exempt sport shooting ranges from the public nuisance laws.
HB 1018    revise certain provisions concerning elections and petitions.
HB 1189*     permit townships to levy a capital improvement property tax for highways, secondary roads, bridges, and culverts.
HB 1061    revise certain provisions related to the regulation of captive insurance companies.
HB 1237*    revise certain provisions to abortion counseling.

SC 20    (SJ 31st LD) Commending and honoring the White River Tigers Boys Gold Team on being champions of the 2012 Boys State Class B Golf Tournament.
HC 1023    (HJ 30th LD) Honoring Daniel Schmidtman as a recipient of the 2013 Prudential Spirit of Community Award.
HC 1024    (HJ 30th LD) Commending and congratulating Bridger Gordon, age twelve, of Whitewood on achieving national recognition for exemplary volunteer service by receiving a 2013 Prudential Spirit of Community Award.
