provisions related to consent to sexual activity.
SB 34* (Consideration of House Amendment HJ 496) provide for the sale of the state's
interests in certain real estate and improvements located at the Human Services
Center campus.
SB 44* (Consideration of House Amendment HJ 513) allow disqualification of commercial
driver licenses for violations of federal, state, or local texting bans while driving a
commercial vehicle to comply with federal regulations and requirements.
SB 84* (Consideration of House Amendment HJ 512, 579) create the South Dakota Athletic
Commission and to provide for the supervision of boxing, kickboxing, mixed martial
arts competitions and sparring exhibitions in the state.

small game hunting parties and fishing parties.

an appropriation therefor.

demolish, preserve, or rehabilitate buildings on the Human Services Center campus
in Yankton, South Dakota, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an
emergency.

municipalities on committee reports.

remainder of their scholarship award for graduate studies.
