        HB 1200     require a school board to conduct a public hearing on certain proposals which will obligate the school district for future payments.
            Representative Russell and Senator Jensen

        SB 96*     exempt certain school districts from the requirement to reorganize due to low enrollment.
            Senators Johnston, Bradford, Jensen, Sutton, and White and Representatives Munsterman, Conzet, Ecklund, Hunhoff (Bernie), Nelson, Qualm, Schoenfish, Sly, Tulson, Tyler, and Verchio

        HB 1198     allow certain opportunity scholarship recipients who graduate early to use the remainder of their scholarship award for graduate studies.
            Representatives Hawks, Conzet, Hunhoff (Bernie), Munsterman, Rasmussen, and Stevens and Senators Olson (Russell), Hunhoff (Jean), and Sutton

        HB 1183     establish a pilot program that uses home-based educational technology to prepare certain preschool children for school.
            Representatives Sly, Hawks, Lust, Magstadt, May, Munsterman, Rasmussen, Rozum, Tulson, Tyler, and Verchio and Senators Maher, Adelstein, Buhl, Holien, Johnston, Kirkeby, Lucas, Rave, and Tieszen

        BILLS FOR POSSIBLE ACTION WHICH HAVE HAD PRIOR HEARING.

        HB 1213     provide a reduced amount of state aid to education funding to certain school districts with a fall enrollment of less than one hundred.
