        SB 203     revise provisions relating to owners of property located near water.
            Senator Maher and Representative Hoffman

        SB 228     enhance the Public Utilities Commission.
            Senators Welke, Frerichs, and Lucas and Representative Greenfield

        HB 1001*     require mineral developers to give notice to surface owners before entering the land.
            Representatives Olson (Betty), Hawley, Hoffman, Magstadt, Rozum, Schrempp, and Solum and Senators Sutton, Maher, Rampelberg, Rhoden, and Tieszen at the request of the Interim Oil and Gas Study Committee

        HB 1002*     provide for the creation of a trust account for unlocatable mineral interest owners.
