CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES AND MARIJUANA
Definition of terms.
Unauthorized manufacture, distribution, counterfeiting or possession of substances
with high potential for abuse as felony--Mandatory sentences.
Written prescription required to dispense Schedule II substance--Refills prohibited--Felony.
