Transfer of records by outgoing agency heads--Terminated agency records.
Upon
termination of employment with the state, each agency head shall transfer his or her records to a
successor or to the state archives for appraisal and permanent retention. The records of any state
agency shall, upon termination of its existence or functions, be transferred to the custody of the
archivist.
