Limit on contributions to political parties--Violation as misdemeanor.
If the
contributor is a person, no political party may accept any contribution which in the aggregate exceeds
ten thousand dollars during any calendar year. A political party may accept contributions from any
candidate campaign committee, political action committee, or political party. A violation of this
section is a Class 1 misdemeanor.
