Jurisdiction of Department of Public Safety--Chapter exclusive.
The Department
of Public Safety has jurisdiction over the sale and use of portable oil-fueled heaters. The provisions
of this chapter exclusively govern the sale and use of portable oil-fueled heaters in this state.
