34A-14-16.   Validity of signature of board member or officer leaving position prior to delivery. If any board member or officer of the authority ceases to be a member or officer of the authority prior to the delivery of any bonds or coupons signed by him, his signature or facsimile thereof is nevertheless valid and sufficient for all purposes, the same as if such member or officer had remained in office until such delivery.
