Demonstration of competence required--Variation by board.
By a unanimous
vote of the Board of Examiners of Psychologists an applicant for licensure as a psychologist may be
required to demonstrate competence in only three of the four substantive areas of study referred to
in the definition of a program in psychology in § 36-27A-1. This is contingent upon the applicant
submitting a satisfactory proposal outlining how he intends to remediate the deficiency in the fourth
substantive area.
