Removal of board members--Vacancies--Limitation of successive terms.
The
Governor may remove a member of the Board of Examiners of Psychologists for cause. If there is
a vacancy on the board caused by the death, resignation, or removal from the state of a member or
for any other reason, the Governor shall appoint a new member to serve the unexpired term. No
member of the board may serve for more than three successive full terms. The appointment to an
unexpired term is not considered a full term.
