Promissory note required by recipient of disbursement from education assistance
program.
Before any disbursement is made from the nurses' education assistance loan program,
recipients shall be required to sign a promissory note made payable to the South Dakota Board of
Nursing for repayment of the loan plus interest charged at the category A rate as established by § 54-3-16.
