Timber sales on sealed bids or at auction--Negotiated small sales.
of Game, Fish and Parks, at its discretion, may sell timber valued in excess of three hundred dollars
either by the filing of sealed bids or at public auction. Sales of timber valued at less than three
hundred dollars may be made by negotiation and without the necessity of public notice.
