Appropriation from district general fund for advertising.
The board of directors
of any irrigation district may appropriate money from its general fund for the purpose of advertising
the district's possibilities and advantages to the world as a home and as a location for agriculture,
factories, and other legitimate enterprises. The appropriation may not exceed the sum of two and
one-half cents for each irrigable acre within the irrigation district.
